INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Understanding yourself can change the way you move through your life.

Therapy can offer a place to become curious about the feelings, relationships, and patterns that are difficult to understand on your own.

THE THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP

Therapy is something we do together.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role isn’t to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to help us become curious about what may be happening beneath the surface.

Part of that work happens through the relationship we build together. The ways you experience closeness, distance, trust, uncertainty, or misunderstanding can sometimes emerge in therapy too. When they do, we can pay attention to them together rather than treating them as something that needs to be avoided.

You don’t have to perform therapy correctly. We can figure out what’s happening together.

WORKING TOGETHER

Therapy works best when there’s room to be honest about what’s happening.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want from therapy before we begin. Part of the work can be discovering that together.

What matters more is whether you feel there is enough trust and curiosity between us to talk openly about what you’re experiencing—including when something in therapy itself doesn’t feel quite right.

A consultation can give us a chance to see how it feels to talk.

READY TO BEGIN

We can start with a conversation.

A consultation is a chance to talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
